InPrint USA 2019 Priority Space Draw Timeline
November 2017 – InPrint USA 2019 sales open. Detailed information including pricing and an online space contract will be emailed to all past and prospective exhibitors. Using the online space contract, you will indicate the size and total square footage of the booth you are contracting for and submit the signed contract via InPrint USA’s online sales platform, Map Your Show.
February 1, 2018 – All signed online space contracts are due in order to participate in the priority space draw process. Early bird booth space rates will apply to all contracts submitted by February 1, 2018.
Mid-February 2018 – Based on priority points assigned for InPrint USA 2017, you will receive the date and time for your booth selection, a link to the live, interactive online floor plan and detailed instructions and tips for the priority space draw process. The floorplan will be updated in real time, allowing you to view which booths have been assigned prior to your allotted appointment time. After your selection, a booth confirmation and invoice will be sent for your records.
First-time InPrint USA Exhibitors
New exhibitors who did not participate in InPrint USA 2017 are strongly encouraged to participate in the early space selection process. While you will not have priority points from the 2017 show, the order in which you may select space will be determined by the date and time your online contract was received. New exhibitors to InPrint USA will be assigned an appointment time to select a booth following the appointments for past exhibitors.
