What is the cost to attend?

Pre-registration for a ticket to the show floor is $40.00. On-site registration for the exhibition is $60.00. Seminars and conference packages are also available for purchase. See registration options for pricing.

What are InPrint USA’s refund policies? PLEASE READ!

The full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited if you cancel a reservation. Transfer of registration to another person within your company can be done at any time without penalty.

Who can attend?

InPrint USA 2017 is open to the trade only. Under no circumstances will children under 16 years of age be admitted to the show floor.

Where / When can I pick up my badge?

Badges will NOT be mailed. You may pick up your badge at the Orange County Convention Center, North Hall A at the Registration Counter in the lobby.

What will I have to do to pick up my badge?

Please bring your email confirmation with the barcode and photo ID to the Pre-Registration Badge Pickup to obtain your badge. When you arrive at the badge pickup desk, simply hold your email confirmation under the scanner, badge will print and you will be asked for ID. If you do not have your email confirmation, you can type your name into the computer system to print your badge and will be asked for photo ID.

Is there a charge for a replacement badge?

No, a replacement badge may be printed at the Registration Counter located in the lobby area with proper identification.

I have paid for InPrint, must I also register for ICE USA?

Visitors can register for either show and move freely between the shows.

I registered for InPrint, can I attend a talk in the Future of Converting theater?

A visitor to either show may attend any seminar, talk or program from either show. Some programs have additional cost.

Networking Receptions

There are two networking receptions on the show floor. You’ll receive a drink ticket for each night in your registration packet.

Is there food/drink available at the Convention Center?

There is a food court located in the back of the exhibit hall with refreshments and food for purchase.

Will there be shuttle buses from the Convention center to my hotel?

We run shuttle buses every 20 minutes to all the hotels listed on our website.

Parking is $15 per day at the convention center. No overnight parking.

How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors for the event?

The exhibitor list is posted on the show website. Show directories will be available on site.

What are the show floor restrictions?

There is a non-refundable on-site registration fee of $60 for those who have not pre-registered.

  • No strollers or wheeled bags (larger than 18" H x 12" W) on the show floor at any time.
  • No one under the age of 16 years of age is allowed on the show floor at any time. No exceptions.
  • No camera/video recorders at any time.
  • No smoking.
  • Animals are not permitted on the premises except service animals for the physically challenged.
  • Attendee hereby releases Mack Brooks Exhibitions, Inc., ICE USA, and InPrint from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of/or result from attendee's attendance at the event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to exhibitor or his/her invitees.

I have a problem walking, is there a place to rent a scooter at the show?

Yes, you can rent a scooter at the FedEx office in the North Concourse.

What assistance is offered for guests with disabilities?

The Orange County Convention Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. Both buildings are designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities. Is there internet at the Convention Center?

There will be free internet at the OCCC in the exhibit hall and the lobby areas.

How far is the airport from the show?

The Orlando Airport is about 25 minutes from the Convention Center. Taxis, shared vans, app rides, and rental cars are readily available.

Can I buy Disney tickets at the convention center?

Special convention tickets are available at the Orlando counter in the convention center lobby

The first aid office is located at the top of the escalators on the lobby level.
