What is the cost to attend?
Pre-registration for a ticket to the show floor is $40.00. On-site registration for the exhibition is $60.00.
Who can attend?
InPrint USA 2017 is open to the trade only. Under no circumstances will children under 16 years of age be admitted to the show floor.
What are the show floor restrictions?
There is a non-refundable on-site registration fee of $60 for those who have not pre-registered.
- No strollers or wheeled bags (larger than 18" H x 12" W) on the show floor at any time.
- No one under the age of 16 years of age is allowed on the show floor at any time. No exceptions.
- No camera/video recorders at any time.
- No smoking.
- Animals are not permitted on the premises except service animals for the physically challenged.
Attendee hereby releases Mack Brooks Exhibitions, Inc., InPrint USA, and ICE USA from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of/or result from attendee's attendance at the event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to exhibitor or his/her invitees.
How will I know that my registration form and payment were received?
Once you’ve registered online, you will receive a Confirmation & Receipt document via email; containing both your registration details and payment details. You can expect to receive a detailed registration confirmation email within one business day.
How can I obtain a Visa Letter of invitation for InPrint USA 2017?
Deadline to request Letters of Invitation is March 1, 2017 for the InPrint USA 2017 Exhibition. No letters will be issued after this date!
To request a Letter of Invitation, you must first register for the show online. Following your registration, you must provide the following information, which must match your registration.

Your registration contact information must match exactly with the contact information and address that appears on your passport. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Send your request, along with a copy of your passport and a copy of your registration confirmation to Liliana.Garibay@mackbrooks.com.
The entire process is easy and fast.
Please note that an invitation letter is not decisive in determining whether or not the Visa will be issued. Neither InPrint USA nor Mack Brooks Exhibitions will pay or reimburse any expenses incurred while obtaining a visa, traveling to or from, or while visiting InPrint USA. When will I receive my badge?
Badges will NOT be mailed. You may pick up your badge at the Orange County Convention Center, North Hall A at the Registration Counter in the lobby.

What will I have to do to pick up my badge?
Please bring your email confirmation with the barcode and photo ID to the Pre-Registration Badge Pickup to obtain your badge. When you arrive at the badge pickup desk, simply hold your email confirmation under the scanner, badge will print and you will be asked for ID. If you do not have your email confirmation, you can type your name into the computer system to print your badge and will be asked for photo ID.

The full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited if you cancel a reservation. Transfer of registration to another person within your company can be done at any time without penalty.
Are there wheelchair and scooter rentals available at the show?
Yes, Scootaround, the preferred mobility service partner of the Orange County Convention Center provides a simple, convenient electrical scooter or wheelchair rental service on-site. Your mobility device can be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you during your event at one of the Convention Center's Business Centers or it can be delivered to your hotel in Orlando. What assistance is offered for guests with disabilities?
The Orange County Convention Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. Both buildings are designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities.
