As founder of CTR Resources, LLC, Craig performs consulting and contracted services to the digital printing industry. Helping OEMs, end-users, component manufacturers, and industry organizations with strategy, research, product development, sales and marketing, as well as business process improvement. His past 20+ years have been focused as an “inkjet evangelist”, developing and driving innovative solutions that have helped propel the use of inkjet for print and decoration applications.
Deborah Corn (Social Media Marketing, Print Customer Relations)
Deborah has 25+ years of experience working in advertising as a Print Producer. She currently provides ‘printspiration’ and resources to print and marketing professionals through PMC, and works behind the scenes with printers, suppliers and industry organizations helping them create meaningful relationships with customers, and achieve success with their social media and content marketing endeavors.
John Sillies (Inkjet, Web Applications)
John is the Executive Vice President at Graphic Systems Services (GSS) where he has worked for the past 23 years. He has 40 years of experience in the graphic arts and printing industry. John started his career in 1978 as an R&D Engineer for Harris Corporation and has held management positions at AM Graphics and Baumfolder prior to GSS.
Pat McGrew (Production Workflow)
Pat McGrew is the Senior Director and Evangelist for the Production Software and Services team at Keypoint Intelligence / InfoTrends. As an analyst and industry educator, Pat works with InfoTrends customers and their clients to promote communication effectiveness and best practices. Her experience spans all customer communication channels, plus transaction print, data-driven, packaging and label print, textiles, and production commercial print using offset, inkjet, and toner. Pat is the co-author of 8 industry books, editor of A Guide to the Electronic Document Body of Knowledge, and a regular writer in the industry trade press.
